Rates exclude € 55 cleaning costs per week, € 1,- tourist tax per person per day and € 150,- deposit.

If code orange or red is issued by the government of France, or the government of the tenant’s country of origin. If the borders are closed and the government has ordered that recreational trips are no longer possible, the covid cancellation policy of Gîte la Pépite will apply.
For reservations during the high season, the tenant will receive a refund of 75% of the total invoice amount if the measures are announced by the relevant government no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date and are still in force during the tenant’s booking period. If the measures are announced within 4 weeks before the tenant’s arrival date, and are still in force during the tenant’s rental period, the tenant will be refunded 50% of the invoice amount.
When booking in the low and mid season, the tenant will receive a voucher for the same number of days in the same gite, to be spent in the low and mid season. This voucher is valid for 2 years.

Mandatory end cleaning: € 55,-
Heating fee: € 50,- per week from October 1 to May 2
Toerist tax: € 1,- per day (for persons of 13 years and older)
€ 150 deposit, to be paid upon reservation. Return within 14 days after departure (after any deduction for damage or extra cleaning)

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Reservation at least 3 days before the start of the rental.
Check in from 4 pm. Check-out no later than 10 am.
Extra towel package € 5,-.
Bring your own beach towels for a swimming pool or at the river.
Use of the washing machine is included in the rent.
Cot and high chair are available
At Gîte la Pépite you are only allowed to smoke outside.
Dogs are welcome on agreement (€5 per dog/day)
